Iran exported more than 98,400 tons of non-oil commodities worth $34.1 million to Jordan during the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), registering a 52% decline compared with last year’s corresponding period. Steel products, petrochemicals, pistachios, carpets, baby food and air conditioners were among the main exports, according to the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration. More than 2,200 tons of goods worth $4.4 million were imported from the Arab country, which indicates a 43% decline year-on-year. The imports mainly included veterinary vaccines, fertilizers and tobacco.
